Hey, think positive. Set a goal of one lb every two weeks. Track your food. Use this site. Track your excercise. Establish a plan. You can do this. good luck.

So I've done this a million times but here I go again. I'm at my heaviest and I'm starting to really hate it. I'm trying not to be too hard on myself because I have a history of depression but I also don't want to get to a point where I don't mind being fat. I have 62 pounds to lose which seems impossible right now since I can't stick to my "plan" long enough to lose even 2. I really want to make this work but I don't know how to stay committed :/
