Thinking like a tortoise is a good plan. The trackers have been a GODSEND for me, and even now that I'm at a healthy weight, I still track my food and exercise.

Tomorrow I start the new me. I know this will be a slow process and I can not expect results on day one. But I am doing this for me and will continue until I reach my goal this time. No turning back. Wish me luck.
