AWESOME! I recently started a new workout series (T25) and I counted the weeks, and I'll be done right before my husband gets home from his deployment. Perfect timing! So I am going to make August count, get my kids back to school, and commit to something that makes me feel amazing.
Your goal is not to see how strong your will is, or how much you can persevere. Your goal is to figure out how to make it as easy on yourself as possible, to set up your environment so it pushes you towards success, to stack the deck in your favor.
