I purchased "The Spark', It arrived yesterday and I quickly began reading it. I am looking forward to setting goals and making a lifestyle change. I've not been serious with dieting, restarting after I have a bad day. This is motivating me to really stick to it and use the tools from the book and the SparkPeople site.
