Starting tomorrow, 1-3, I am going to run/walk two miles every day, increasing time and distance as I improve. My gym is at work and I work five minutes from home, so I have NO excuse not to spend a measly 30 minutes at the gym every evening, right?!?
Hi, I'm starting my new year with Jillian Michael's 6 week abs. I am also trying to incorporate Self Magazine's lose 10 lbs. (with Jillian M.). I go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I do their aerobic class at 5:30 as my cardio. Anyone want to join me in a workout challenge for January?
