The council recently opened up a trail running along a disused railway line into the outskirts of the next town, its a wooded flat gravel track that runs for about 3-4 miles that you can walk or cycle (sometimes I see horses) I've been walking it recently, I find its really good for clearing my thoughts, and unlike the other routes around my house its off road-so no cars to jump out of the way of!!! I started fitness properly in August, and this September I crossed 1577 fitness minutes, granted the walking is less taxing than other forms of fitness but I think I am doing ok.Thanks for reading X LuCy
