I actually bought mine after playing the Zumba Xbox game. Lots of fun, but can only be used on the Xbox, which puts me into my daughters room. I was looking on-line for the Zumba. Found it at Bed Bath and Beyond, with their typical 20% coupon, it was only $48.

I have taken Zumba at the health club, but rarely have time to make the class.

my hubby actually decided to work out with me today. We did the Zumba step by step... I bought the program yesterday.

Made a wonderful omlette today with Eggbeaters southwest and low fat cheese. Pineapple and strawberries on the side.

Super yummy and tons of fun!

good 4 u.........I did 50 minutes on my treadmill and later I have a date with my weights.

Congratulations! That's really a great first step. I'm going to join you, today, too. I'm eating leftover turkey and veggies today, and will be going for a light walk (still nursing a sprained ankle, but it's mostly better, so I think a 10 minute walk should be okay.)

Well this is the 1st day of 2013 and I started it off right. Got up with this kids cooked a homemade healthy breakfast, did the dishes and then spent time with the kids. Now just finished my 1st workout. My goal is to do atleast 15mins 5X a week, Got the Wii - My fitness coach (since I can't afford a gym membership at this time) and wow it was fun. My 2yrs daughter even joined me. LOL
