I just started Power 90 and I agree, it is extremely hard for me as well, I am just starting, today is day 6. How were your results?

Power 90 Day 1 Cardio/Abs DONE! Omg it was so hard, especially the yoga. I'm so outta shape, it's not funny! Most of the routine I could follow using the modifications, but could only do bits & pieces of the yoga, that was HARD! The hardest part of the cardio was the first part, kicking up your knees was pretty hard for me too, but with modifications I stayed with it okay...at my own pace. As far as abs, those last two or three positions were tough, but I did it. I know your not suppose to push yourself to hard for the first couple of workouts, but yikes, I may have pushed it too much! I'm sore already. My legs feel heavy and my abs are already a little sore. Today, I have the sculpt! This is one of the toughest things I have done to get in shape, besides trying to run. Is anyone else here doing Power 90 and/or just getting started?
