I haven't posted on here for awhile but between excercising work and tracking my food I've been busy. I'm down two more pounds since last posting and have started mixing it up with hip hop abs as well as Jillian. Will let everyone know about the inches lost on the 15th.

Day seven is done and this is my weigh in day and I am down 1.8 lbs so Jillian may kick my butt but she can any time :)

I guess I forgot to post yesterday. Day six done and day seven will be done when I wake up. I work midnights so I'll be having a nap and getting up around 2 to start my weekend. Have a great weekend everyone.

My starting weight is 156.2. I do not expect to lose 20 pounds in 30 days but 6.4 would be nice to bring me into the 140s. I will be posting daily to let you know if I did the work out and on March 18th I will post my weight. Feel free to join me if you would like.
