I realized that I have been struggling with my weight for years now & i'm not ashamed to admit that I am getting some outside help. I registered for our local weight and bariatrics program that has a very high success rate, That way i can work with a nutritionist, exercise specialist, and find out if anything is inhibiting my progress. I'm super excited. I am almost 200 lbs and very anxious to get healthier and be back down to what I was 4 years ago and active as ever. Excited for finally making big changes, and realizing enough is enough. I was belimic at the age of 17, now 24, once i recovered from all that, I was afraid to lose weight bc of the obsession I had, and avoided it all together. Through this program I can learn how to do this the healthy way. :) Not looking forward to the 4 hour appt tomorrow that majorly inconveniences my schedule but it needs to be done. :) Wish me luck!
