Do you have a HRM? Are you doing it as a cardio exercise? Are you breathing hard and sweating? Because I don't know your effort level it is hard to tell you how to track it. If I was doing it, I would likely have a heart pounding workout, and would track it as cardio.

Hello, I have been doing some stairs in the outdoors. I am wondering how I track these? There are 112 up and 112 down and I have been doing four sets.. takes about 15 minutes.. Thanks
