I need some help as I am new to this fitness thing! At least at home! I use a stair stepper three times a week for 40 minutes. it seems though that it isn't enough! So I started using coach Nicole's videos for the other three days of the week! But is it enough? I mean those 10 minutes every other day, will they make any difference? I don't want to start something that will exhaust me or that I will get bored doing! I know that following the 28 day bootcamp would be best, but I really don't want to stop using the stair stepper. Any advice on what to do?
