I like running stairs (even if I can't go at the fastest pace) and I LOVE running bleachers

I would LOVE that. I wish I had easily accessible stairs around here. ;)

I'm tempted to try the Yankee Stadium 5k at some point. Its 3.1 miles contained entirely within the stadium so lots of bleacher runs :D

Yes it probably would. I did 76 flights in one two hour walk, but it was more hills and valleys, the fitbit just counted them as flights of stairs.

This article appeared in my local paper recently however I have no plans to make it a part of my exercise routine any time soon. This has to drive your Fitbit to a state of total delirium.

It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.
