On the main page, right after you log in, you'll see a link the area that says "my personalized programs"... it's right under "today's headlines"... then you should be able to click and move on to stage 2 :)

I have been on SP stage 1 going toward the end of my 5th week and I'm ready to go to the next level. Can anyone tell me how to do that? Do I nutrition goals? HELP
