Rough day. Disappointed in myself for allowing mini doughnuts to get the best of me. I didn't work out, barely got in any water and did homework all night after getting home from another 11 hr workday. Well, doing my homework wasn't a disappointment, just tiring. :)

Tomorrow is another day.

Today wasn't great at all and it was only because of tonight...I had Cheetos!! They were calling my name. I kept saying to myself..."no, no, no" but in the end I caved. :( I went over my calories for the day, (by about 750-800 total). We all have moments like this. Time to get my head back on straight for tomorrow.

Tomorrow is work, (9ish hours), homework, (2 1/2-3 hrs), more laundry and cleaning bathrooms.

After traveling on Thurs and Fri this past week, I still managed to lose 2 lbs for the week. On track today and hoping to have another really good week. My goal is to lose about 2 lbs this week too, (although more would be nice).

I went over last night by about 70 calories because I had a craving for something salty. I ended up having 140 cals worth of "Food Should be Good" sweet potato chips. I also went for a 1.10 mile walk with Em and Ivy at a very good pace. Ivy is to the point now that she is able to go a decent distance while pulling me from her leash most of the time. Makes for a faster pace.

I have about 70 calories left for the day. I'm not going to worry about trying to get anymore snacks in. Overall, good day of eating healthy and time to hit the books.

Today will be a good day. I've already had my breakfast and am sitting at my pc, (both work and personal), to start attacking the day.

Today I stayed on track and within my daily calories. I also tried yoga for the first time ever. As I grow accustomed to it, I think I'll end up liking it a lot. I also took my college course chapter 1 test today for algebra. Overall a fairly productive and satisfying day.

I thought I'd create this journal for myself so I have another place to journal online outside of my own Sparkpage, (although that's a good place as well).

I've done really well the past few days, and today I even walked 3 miles by 11am. Overall it was a very positive day for working out and healthy eating, (not to mention getting in a lot of water).
