Some of the instructors/members at my gym started a 30-day squat challenge, where you start with 50 and work up to doing 250 squats. With daily reminders and encouragement from my friends, I MADE IT! And the best part is, I rewarded myself with a workout clothes shopping spree. I'm so excited to go show off my new gear today, and it feels even better knowing I earned it!
