I love my Panache sports bra - one cup smaller than my regular bra (European cup).

I don't know what my size is but I'm told to get fitted. I only walk so until I run, I will do the best with what I have.

Another vote for Enell - I have 3 of them and love them. My girls go nowhere! They compress, but it feels good. I've never been able to jump, run, anything before. They bounced and hurt. Now I can do it all. Got mine off ebay for good prices.

I like the Enell sport bra. Not super pretty but it is great! No movement. No uniboob.

Coach Jen,
I don't know if the article helped ncblondie but it sure helped me. Very informative, thanks very much appreciated.

For me it's not about getting thin, it's about getting fit and healthy. Getting thin is an added bonus!

Here's the link to Title Nine. You can shop by cup size and "barbell" (amount of support). Many women at my gym love this place.

Have you joined the Spark group "living with big boobs?" I think there is a thread in there about sports wear

I also love the Fiona sports bra. But my best suggestion is to go to a store that specializes in running apparel and ask if they do bra fittings. Our local Fleet Feet store does this, for example. This is the best way to make sure you are getting the best bra for your size and shape. Good luck!

check Title Nine. I bought some underwire sports bras from their site that I love. I think I bought them during a sale for around $35 each.

I asked this on my blog but didn't get any answers so I figured I'd ask here. I have been trying to find a sports bra, but haven't been too successful so far. I'm a 38DDD and the few I've found so far take a crowbar to get into or smoosh everything so much I can barely breathe.

I'm looking for something that is fairly easy to get on, supports the girls, can be worn comfortably for a long time and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Suggestions?
