Yesterday, I worked out in front of the mirror in my exercise room in my spandex workout gear. I was pleased with how far I've come and it also motivated me to continue with the last 20 lbs.

Not usually. I tend to beat myself up BIG TIME for being over weight. Sometimes, it's just enough to make me give up....like its too overwhelming to even try. This time I lost 5 pounds and hadn't checked my weight in a month because I thought I had gained. When I found out I lost, I was EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, this time around, no, it doesn't help.....

seeing myself in a picture with a bunch of friends and realizing I was huge and I was much bigger than everyone else in the photo - that was 15months ago and I have continued with my weight loss - another 20lbs would make me really happy but I think I would be ok with 12-15 more as long as the inches still keep coming off!! I'm aiming for a size 8!!
