No my jeans are more of a motivation for me

Yesterday, I worked out in front of the mirror in my exercise room in my spandex workout gear. I was pleased with how far I've come and it also motivated me to continue with the last 20 lbs.

Not usually. I tend to beat myself up BIG TIME for being over weight. Sometimes, it's just enough to make me give up....like its too overwhelming to even try. This time I lost 5 pounds and hadn't checked my weight in a month because I thought I had gained. When I found out I lost, I was EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, this time around, no, it doesn't help.....

seeing myself in a picture with a bunch of friends and realizing I was huge and I was much bigger than everyone else in the photo - that was 15months ago and I have continued with my weight loss - another 20lbs would make me really happy but I think I would be ok with 12-15 more as long as the inches still keep coming off!! I'm aiming for a size 8!!

Definitely. I'm intending to post updated progression photos every two months. I've got one in my gallery now with me in October and me this month.

How humbling! Posting this today gave me a sense of eagerness and commitment to continue on this journey but even stronger and harder.

Any motivation moments that just made you sit back and go-whew, I can do this??
