I would say general strength training.

Writer, mother, wife, and breadwinner. I love to run, but running doesn't love me, so I'm switching to my low-impact bike.

Okay quick question,I have a log splitter which I use and I also run it,plus turn around and end up stacking this wood.How would I go about logging it in for my exercise?I pick up chucks of wood,split it with log splitter,turn around throw it in pile.When done splitting,turn around load it on trailer then stack it all.In one splitting I could do 3 or 4 cords,most of the time 6.We have 2 woodburners.Need some advice how to log this one in.
