I took my first two spin classes ever over the past two weeks. Spinning is a really fun class. I love the music variety, and music that pumps you up. I can't wait to find more to take

Husband and I ride the exercise bike every day for at least 3 to 4 hours, keep it in the living room so we can watch tv. Have done this for over 10 yrs. No travel to any gym needed. There is no gym less than 2 hrs. away from us. It's a handy thing to have a bike at home.
Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.
