The classes I attend are 45 minutes, and I can go anywhere between 14 and 18 miles, depending on how hard I'm working with resistance. If I'm hitting it heavy on resistance, I log a lower mileage at the end. I know when I've logged a higher number of miles that I haven't worked as hard as I could have.

Our class is 40 minutes and I get about 14 miles in.
It depends on the ride, but i usually get 20-25 miles in a 60 minute class. The bike usually reports that I burned ~400 calories, but that seems way too low to me?

I need a goal to shoot for...some competition...some feedback!
I have a couple of instructors that are into speed and I can get about 24 miles in their classes and I have one instructor who makes it really hard to get to 15 miles because he likes it heavy and slow!
Also, how many calories does the bike report? (I know, I know - not accurate)
Mine usually hits 600-750. The most I have gotton to is 1000 (but I stayed 5 minutes late to get there!)
