I notice my skin breaks out when I eat fish! So I have to limit the servings to keep my skin from going crazy.

Just spent a week eating spelt matzo instead of other breads (usually gluten-free breads) and notice that it made a positive difference in an allergic reaction I shall not name (suffice it to say, it involves nightly itchiness).

After a rather difficult week with the changed Passover diet, I am happy that I noticed something that may prove helpful in the future.

Anyone else have similar results with dietary changes?
