In all honesty, I doubt the workout that I found through google is what the actors in the show really did to get their bodies, however...it does look like a sound workout and I agree with dragonchilde.

A quick google search tells me this is just a standard intense circuit training program. It offers no advantages over similar programs. Boosting metabolism comes from building muscle, which you can achieve from regular strength training. Burning fat faster happens when you build muscle, no matter how you build that muscle.
If you can do it, and enjoy it, there's no reason not to do it. Just be aware with this kind of thing form is REALLY important, otherwise you could injure yourself easily. I enjoy circuit training-style workouts myself; they seriously kick your butt, and you get the max benefit in the shortest amount of time.

I love the Sparticus work-out. It totally fires up your heart rate and really does improve your strength. The only thing that I question is doing every exercise for 1 full minute, if you are using heavy weights then 10 reps should fatigue you, and that doesn't usually take a full minute. So I do less than a minute for some of the pure lifting movements (squats, rows etc), others (plank/mountain climbers, jumping lunges etc) I do for the full minute. By the end of the third circuit, your butt is KICKED!! But you feel great.

I've read about how the Spartacus increase your metabolism and burn fat faster, I am thinking about including it in my workout regime. Have anyone tried this workout or have any info about this said workout
