There is not a comprehensive list of all of the exercises and videos. Sorry about that!

is there a printable list anywhere of the videos and exercises listed on the Sparkpeople site? My April exercise challenge is going to do them all and i want to have a list ready so i dont forget any or so i can check them off when i do them (or check them off multiple times if i keep doing them)
