I don't like the change it is kind of confusing. I liked being able to choose the exercise from the groups. I did butterflies on a fitness machine but it kept asking me about swimming!!! emoticon

I highly recommend the new SparkPeople book, also. It gives you daily workouts and is extremely motivating!!

I don't know if this will help or not....I am new to the site, but I notice that you can choose workouts from the videos and 'copy' them onto a calendar. You can make 'groupings' which allows you to set up what you want to do, and then select the group. You could have a lower body day; upper body day with cardio, etc.

I was so disappointed upon coming back to this site to see that the fitness tracker had changed. You used to be able to choose days of the week and type of training and it would create a workout for you based on your preferences.. Any way this still exists but that I don't know how to get to it?
