I found out recently that I'm pregnant (which accounts for why I haven't lost anything despite getting active and eating well). That immediately changes my focus for healthy eating and working out from losing weight to sustaining a great diet for my little one. But I'm having problems finding any settings or areas on the site which might be targeted specifically to expectant mothers.
Could anyone point me to some helpful resources? I'm already bombarded with a lot of information on what I should, shouldn't, and might want to do, and I'd appreciate some healthy perspectives from the Spark Team.
