You might need to reset your requested emails. Go to the Start page. Under your name, click on account/emails, then on the email tab, click what emails you want to receive & don't forget to save at the bottom. Hope that helps.
I am getting some emails, such as when a response is made to this message or the highlight of the week. I received one email newsletter this year, but there doesn't appear to have been any others published. I have gone through the troubleshooting that has been suggested already. Was there a change to the newsletters? Or have they stopped?
