I bought it and I think it is a good resource. It breaks down a lot of cooking things that I didn't know - like noting which recipes freeze well or when you can subsitute things. In that regard, you can make alot of the recipes low carb by using some of the substitutions (ie DON'T serve over rice, etc...) and it is nice to have at home when you're feeling blah about healthy recipes. So far everything I have made from it has been delicious!

Have any of you purchased this cookbook? Do you think its worth having?
I'm low carbing it and I just wonder if the recipes are high carb, low carb or a mixture?
