I love tap water. I just freeze five 20 oz bottles, and when I wake up I pull them out, and put 4 in the fridge, and 1 on the counter. I cook breakfast, and by then, the water is starting to melt, and I drink plain water. I just keep drinking water as it melts throughout the day.

I love mineral water with lemon or some other tart juice. I also have a variety of teas at work that I will sip on through the day. I have a Sodastream so I can make carbonated water when I want it.

I've never tried that because I replaced soda with cucumber water and tea but pomegranate sparkling water sounds delicious! I'll have to try that. Thanks!

Coaching assignment for today was to post about a low calorie option to replace soda, or to drink more water - Water - keep a glass full or bottle near you wherever you are, and sip;
Soda Substitute - mineral water with a tablespoon of juice (I like the stronger ones - tart cherry, pomegranate etc b/c a little will go a long way)
