29, trying to lose baby weight, also looking for a sparkbuddy! Have been looking, but with little success. I have a BodyMedia, no gym membership, I workout at home, and I'm a full-time working mother of 3 boys that has A LOT on my plate right now, dealing with stresses from work, home, kids, etc., and could really use a motivator that understands what it's like trying to fit a healthy lifestyle in with all of that!
Discipline is just choosing between what you want now, and what you want MOST.
I am 43 and just getting back on the wagon after having shoulder surgery on Feb 1st - been having trouble with the shoulder since Feb of last year. I am just walking now but working on starting a beginners runners program.
Would love to be Sparkbuddies and motivate each other!

I need to lose about 70 pounds. I am going to fill our scholarship papers to the ymca this week and as soon as they get them back to me I will start going. i need to also cut out junk food and drink more water.
I am 26, currently using a fitbit device. Going to the gym and working out 6 days a week. Trying to stay in the groove and lose the weight! The best motivation for me is pushing others along this journey as well!
