I too thought a lot of Coach Nancy's advice but know that being a coach can get to be time consuming and overwhelming. Nancy, if you read this, glad you are doing what is best for you and I wish you the best in your future.

She once replied to a panic button message of mine with very good, encouraging advice. I hope she is well.

I hope that all is well with her. I will miss her posts on the forums, though, as she was such a great source of inspiration. Maybe she will read this thread in her new incarnation and know people recognized and appreciated her in her role as a spark coach.

That makes me sad. She is such a positive force. Hopefully I will see her around.

Thanks, Karen - I've been feeling bummed by her departure all day. I'm glad she's back in a capacity that's more comfortable and doable for her. She's a wonderful person!

I found out that Coach Nancy did resign from Spark People. Boo... however, she's not gone. She's going to continue being an active member under a different Spark name.
