I was a bit hesitant as well. I bought the cookbook a couple of weeks ago and really like it. Last night I made the Pad Thai. I used chicken in place of tofu and really enjoyed it. Prior to that I made the baked lemon brown rice and it was great. I find the recipes easy to altar to ones personal taste. I am glad I bought it and will use it often.

I was really hesitant to invest in the SparkPeople cookbook as I am SUPER picky. However I made Baked Chicken Tenders and Roasted Red Potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary and time and they were delicious! I am so surprised as to how good they tasted!
