This might be a SP expert question, not sure.
Can anybody explain how this works when you add it to the Fitness Tracker. Specifically, I added Coach Nicole's Pilates Abs Workout. It gave me 1 or 2 points. It was almost a 12-minute workout that included AT LEAST 4 different exercises.
So I don't understand why it only gave me a point or two (I added it twice accidentally, so since I was seeing 2 points total, I think I only got one point).
If I would enter these exercises separately from the strength portion of the site, I would get a point for each different exercise.
