Another option would be to add the minutes in your Quick Tracker. That's probably an easier way to get credit for them :)

Hi Coach Jen -

So that tells me that to get full points, I should try and find ALL of the exercises included in the video and track them separately as strength exercises. That way, I would be getting the appropriate 4 or 5 points, since there were that many strength exercises on the video.

Otherwise, I feel like I miss out on well-deserved points. Unless you have any other ideas? Maybe I should enter the video as many times as I did a different strength exercise? I guess that would save me some time.

Can you tell that points are a VERY motivating thing for me? LOL

You get a point for each item entered. Since that's one entry (regardless of how long it was), the tracker sees it as just one item.

This might be a SP expert question, not sure.

Can anybody explain how this works when you add it to the Fitness Tracker. Specifically, I added Coach Nicole's Pilates Abs Workout. It gave me 1 or 2 points. It was almost a 12-minute workout that included AT LEAST 4 different exercises.

So I don't understand why it only gave me a point or two (I added it twice accidentally, so since I was seeing 2 points total, I think I only got one point).

If I would enter these exercises separately from the strength portion of the site, I would get a point for each different exercise.
