Welcome back, DEC2BFIT! I was listening to an episode today that was really good - Chris Downie, providing three of his most inspirational books, and Andrea Baldo of Spark's "At Goal and Maintaining" team. What I like about the show is that there seems to be something for all of us...at any phase of weight loss or maintenance..

Hello! I fell off the wagon and I'm getting back on by re-reading the book and "working the program" :) I logged in today thinking I'd make a suggestion about podcasts and lo and behold I saw "SPARKPEOPLE RADIO"!! I've only listened to the first episode and I'm hooked!! Looks like I'll have something to listen to while I'm walking. Thanks SparkPeople!!

I just subscribed to SparkPeople Radio on iTunes. Usually, I'm not sitting at my computer when I listen to podcasts; I'm moving around. So, what a pleasant surprise to find out we can subscribe to the podcast! Just type in SparkPeople in the iTunes Store search window and voilĂ ! Something new and productive to hear on the ol' iPod :) emoticon
