I have it and I have used a few of the recipes...usually i have to modify it a little bit to suit the taste of my husband. But it has come in handy.

I have this Cookbook and my grandmother promptly commandeered it. I had to buy another because she absolutely fell in love with it. I also love mine! There are a few recipes that do require a higher level of culinary skill but most are quite simple and able to be cooked without much hassle.
Challenges for the rest of 2014 (from 9/1): Burn 3000 calories/week with DDR ST 90min/week 10% body weight lost by 1/1/15 Complete True Beginner, Core, Recover, and Cardio on DailyBurn Exercise at least 10min/day for 100 days this year

I have the cookbook and like it a lot. In fact, I have several "go to" recipes from there that are totally easy and good!!! I think you can find them on sparkrecipes.com also. One is Slow-Cooker Salsa Chicken; another is Crustless Spinach, Feta and Onion Quiche.

I enjoy it a great deal. You do need to be an accomplished cook; some recipes are a bit complicated. However, many are just wonderful, and everyone I've tried has been a hit with the family.
Heather Writer, mother, wife, and breadwinner. I love to run, but running doesn't love me, so I'm switching to my low-impact bike.
I do have it and found a couple recipes to use. It's not the cookbook I look to first though. I found many of the recipes use cumin or spices that might have cumin in them and I have an allergy to that. Weird I know.
None the less a good cookbook with many usable recipes.
