This is so good to know! I just ordered mine yesterday. It's great to see some positive reviews!

I got the book from the library. The slow cooker chicken is really good, very flavorful, and easy to make. The mac and cheese recipe is also really good.

That sounds SO good! I've seen a few recipes posted on SPrecipes from the book, and they are so yummy. I'm really thinking of checking the book out...thanks for the recommendation!

I ordered the SparkPeople cookbook, and it came in the mail yesterday. I was so excited, I read just about every recipe in the book in less than a day. Today, my mom made the stuffed pork with spinach, feta cheese and mushrooms. In place of the spinach, we used broccoli. Because no one really likes spinach in my family. It was delicious ! We're making the Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken recipe tomorrow, I'm even more excited about that one ! I definitely recommend buying this book, so worth the few bucks. !
