THANKS coach DEAN, I realize it is a very tall order but it is very necessary. Many try to follow along and get discouraged. I am sure you understand. Pat in Maine. emoticon emoticon

I also wish there were videos addressing the over 50's who were not using computers and the internet. We can never catch up but it would be nice to have videos just for us. My favorite VHS tape was "YOGA FOR ROUND BODIES" I can relate to the instructor and was motivated by her abilities even though she was over weight.
The other videos are here for the youthful people . Please help our generation feel better about exercise instead of feeling left out. There are many seniors out here although they are under serviced since the site is run by younger people. It will evolve in years to come. Seniors are a very fast growing population. I love the site it has made my life so much better, I almost left the site but others encouraged me to stay. I thought I was too old to watch and do these videos. I have suggested the site to my peers but few will take the time since we are mostly intimidated by the computer. I still am very slow but this site is worth every effort to stay with this amazing community. Thanks again Pat in Maine.
