Help! My sparktracker worked perfectly for a week, but now my sync point will not work. I know it is not my USB ports, as they are both working with other peripherals. Please help, this is frustrating!

I finally got my opened to change the battery, but now the tracker won't stay on the clip. I can't wear it on my shoe now since I've almost lost it twice when it is slipped off the clip.

Thank you! My tracker works but the SyncPoint does not. I sent an email to support. Maybe I need a new SyncPoint. I hope I don't have to pay for it.

When it does come time to change the battery, if the seal hasn't worked loose at all and you still can't open it, try taking it to Batteries Plus or another specialty battery store. Batteries Plus seems to have a very friendly and helpful customer service policy-- they might not even charge for the work. Most jewelers can change these batteries, too, but they'll probably charge you more than a battery store would.

It should light up if you gently tap on it 5 times. You don't need to get the tracker open unless the battery is dead.

I coudn't tell if the battery was dead because I couldn't get the tracker open.

I received a Spark tracker yesterday but couldn't get it open. Turned the clip counterclockwise but no luck. I'm sending it back for a refund. Has anybody else had this problem?
