It seems rather obvious to me- you cook the meal as described, then divide it into six servings. Voila!

just so you know, if you use the add a link button [right beside spell check above the box you type in] it's so much easier for people to go to your link.

as far as spark recipes not having a proper serving size, well, anyone can submit one. and try as they might to make it easy to submit the serving size, some people don't. so you have to make it and enter it yourself so that you do have the info or just guess when it comes out.

This is just an example. It says how many servings but not what the portion of the serving is.

They SHOULD have a serving size - could you post the address of one that doesn't so we can see?

Why don't the recipes on spark people have a serving size. Is this just the once that I happen to be looking at or all of them? If they do not have a serving size what do you do?
