My goal is 50 each day but I'm not bent out of shape if I don't accumulate that many.
It's not an outrageous number and I feel like I need the constant reinforcement to help me stay on track.

I was just curious if anyone else set goals to how many spark points they get everyday! Myself I have a goal of at least 50 points a day! That ensures that I track my food and research different things to help in my new lifestyle! I work 3rd shift so I also try to make sure I get at least 25 of those points when I get home, before I go to sleep? Does anyone else set similar goals?
