Once you have entered the code from the book (this page has info on how to do that: www.sparkpeople.com/community/help_answer. asp?id=133 ), you can go to your nutrition tracker, click on the recipe tab in there and you will find the Cookbook recipes in a drop-down menu. You can then select from the drop-down menu and add it to your tracker.

I have read a that you can add the recipes from the cookbook to your nutrition tracker but no where can I find how to do this. Does anyone know ? I love the cookbook and it would be much easier to track . Thanks
