Thanks! We did turkey chili one time. Now I'll have to try the chicken chili.

The scale is going in the right direction.

I bought the cookbook & like a crockpot chicken recipe in it. Most recipes I don't have the fancy ingredients like sugar substitues. I do use lean meats when I use them. A one pound pkg. of lean grnd. beef will make 2 meals for us.

I just bought the Spark People Cook Book! Anyone else own it and have a favorite recipe? We like just regular food not fancy foods with high calorie sauces. I am enjoying reading the success stories. Someday I'll have a success story to write. I've lost 6 pounds and am still holding. {sigh!!}

The scale is going in the right direction.
