Yes I agree on the calories being burnt on warm up and cool down. those count also. I tried a Heart Rate Mointer but had problems with it so taking it back. Was frustruted trying to figure out how to use it...

I love the 28 day challenge. I wish I knew how many calorie you burn during the warm up and cool down. emoticon

I work out with alot of fitness DVD's and just started the Sparks 28 day challenge. Looks like this is going to be a good one.. Alot of different routines thru out it which is good. alot of different muscle groups getting their workout. I also like how they should different levels of doing the excerise , also how they keep the camera on the coach , dont move it around much to where you cannot see what she is doing.. So far its a 5 star for me..
