Why not leave a wee note on their spark page mentioning the difficulty you had in reading it? They may not realise.

I would guess that they just don't realize that is how it looks when they choose those colors and may not check it after saving it.

Ooooh, thanks, SPARK_COACH_DENISE. I never thought of that - but I will now. I just wonder why anyone wants their page contrast to be so difficult - or do they see it differently than we do? Hope you're having a great day! Thanks again!

Thanks for the feedback. For the pages that are like that, I find that I can highlight the text and it will then be read more easily (when highlighted, the text usually shows up as a lighter colored text).

I don't know whether this is the right place for this, but I have so much trouble reading some of my dear, precious SparkFriend's SparkPages because the background color under their type is SOOOOO dark, or their type is SOOOO light. I really WANT to be able to see what they've shared - but I can't, no matter how hard I try. It seems rude to write to them that I can't read their page, could they fix it, please... I am not talking about the great, creative wallpaper they select - I wish I knew how to change mine with every holiday and every season, but I haven't figured that out yet. I am talking about the background color on their written page itself. I wish Spark People could present only page options that let the type show up. If anyone has any ideas about how to read those pages, PLEASE let me know. I've tried flashlights and magnifying glasses, but I can't read blue type on a dark blue page. Help. emoticon
