They are rewards for doing what you do on the Sparks page and provides you the opportunity to show your appreciation and encourage one others. It's almost like your boss, if they can't give you a raise, they give you the net best thing, an incentive! It's nice to be remembered and thought about! You click no the member's page and reward them based on the amount of "goodies" you've accumulated. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I'm new. Some people have given me goodies. I'm not sure what they are used for.

The spark goodies can be good motivation. Visual reminders of success or what you are working toward, whether recognized by you or your fellow sparkers

Love the goodies............I use them and my team goodies to connect/motivate in a more personal way with friends and team members.

Not a fan. They are a waste....they remind me of getting a star for making my bed. OK, when I was in 2nd grade.

They are virtual goodies that if you earn enough points you can give yourself or someone else a virtual gift. They can be a reward when you do something good or reached a goal.

Sparkgoodies are just virtual swag you can give to friends (or yourself) as a way of saying hi, encouraging people, or just for fun. You earn points by doing things on the Sparkpeople website, and you can then spend them by buying them! They're not real, just virtual fun. :)

Have no idea what these are or how they work. What am I missing here?
