If you click to create your own program instead of using SP's plan, you'll see that tab.

I do not see a "Manage Workouts" tab. I have "Core" "Upper" "Lower" and "User entered" tabs.

Click on Add Strength Exercise, then click the Manage Workouts tab. There you can create a workout and save to your favorites so you just need one click to add the workout to future days.

Just go to your fitness section and add them to your favorites. That will make them easier to list.

Is there a way to copy a routine from one day to other days. I have a series of physical therapy exercises that I add 3 times per week and get very tired of adding them every day.
