I have the cookbook and I am very picky. I grew up never liking vegetables, now I am eating many different ones for my health. The cookbook has a wide variety of meats, vegetables, soups, salads, breakfast ideas. A really good buy.
Hey, the cook book sounds like it'd be a good buy, but I can't find a recipe list for what's in it anywhere and my roommate and I are very picky about the foods we eat and I've been dissapointed with alnost every other cookbook I've bought before 'cause we just don't eat the food that's in it. Is there a list somewhere? I've been to Amazon to take the sneak peak but so no recipe lists.
