I gave it a try during the free trial. I didn't like that it started from the beginning, but that was great to get me re-focused and back to basics.

And it showed me that I'm my own worst critic. The self-rating thing was almost laughable. I also did my annual review at work at that time. I really am way better than "average", but I rarely rate myself any higher than the middle grade/choice. I even wrote a blog about it.

Spark Coach is a great tool for folks new to Spark or who need some extra guidance, but I'm fine with what Spark offers on the regular site.

That sounds like a good deal for people who need that extra help on their journey. I'm glad it is working for you.

It is like night and day to me. I love the feature where once a week you can ask specific questions. I don't normally need this, but today I needed advice and the suggestions were so helpful!

I didn't get that much out of it. The videos are no different then you can get in the articles. I didn't like that I couldn't change my problem area everyday. One day I'm not motivated another I'm eating emotionally. I skipped it after the free trail.

I joined Spark Coach about a week ago and I love it! It has made me soooo accountable. I love the daily check list and video! I tried the free trial before I purchased it. At $44.95 for a YEAR, it is a bargain! I paid almost that much for just one month on WW. They have monthly memberships too. Just my opinion, but an excellent holiday gift!
