My lowest weight in my Spark Trek was 185, set in September. I gained back to 204, but now I am back to 192. I want to weigh 185 again by my son's graduation on the 21st. I think seven pounds in three weeks is ambitious, but possible. If I don't make it, I will still be going in the right direction and will weigh less at his graduation than I do now.
Spark Coach says making the goal public is a great motivator for sticking to the goal.
