I want to lose 50lbs by early September. I'm almost halfway there in less than 2 months and still have three more months to get to a 50lb loss. :)

I want to maintain in the 120's through the summer ( and beyond of course but wanted to give an end date to the goal for now ).

My lowest weight in my Spark Trek was 185, set in September. I gained back to 204, but now I am back to 192. I want to weigh 185 again by my son's graduation on the 21st. I think seven pounds in three weeks is ambitious, but possible. If I don't make it, I will still be going in the right direction and will weigh less at his graduation than I do now.

Spark Coach says making the goal public is a great motivator for sticking to the goal.

What is your goal you would like to make public?
