Good plan. Just be aware that sitting on a ball won't correct posture issues without paying attention, you can definitely still slouch on a ball. However, just keep bouncing and you will be fine.

My plan is to be more mindful of my posture and the effects it has. My action step is to use the stability ball while sitting at the computer instead of a stationary chair. Additionally, I plan to take some of the tips for desk stretching given.
